John Toole

John is a multi-year recipient of the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award. Richmond Magazine partnered with Five Star Professionals to identify the mortgage professionals in the Richmond area who provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction as indicated by clients, peers and industry experts. Those chosen for this award are a selected group of fewer than 5 percent of mortgage professionals in the Richmond area. John is a graduate of Lynchburg College with a degree in Business Administration.  John and his wife, Janice, have a son, Brian, who graduated from James Madison University in 2016 with a degree in finance, and a daughter, Sarah, who currently attends James Madison University. They live in the West End of Henrico County.  John enjoys hiking, bicycling and water sports.  He also enjoys home improvements, traveling, new adventures, and relaxing at Lake Gaston.  John has been in the mortgage business for 20+ years.

Lanny Butler

Lanny has spent 30 years of his career in management positions in the service industry.  Lanny has been a mortgage loan officer with All American Mortgage Corporation for 12 years. In his spare time, Lanny enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren. Lanny and his wife live in Glen Allen, VA.
